- Look at Exodus 20:2. Why do you think that God reminded his people of how he had delivered them from bondage in Egypt before he gave them these commandments?
- What do think Jesus meant when he said, in Matthew 5:17, “Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfil them”?
- Suppose a friend says to you, “I’m not interested in Jesus or in organised religion, but I do try to live my life according to the Ten Commandments.” How might you respond?
